Any orders placed will be dispatched up to 7-10 working days (not including weekends).
If we are unable to fulfil any order placed with us, we will contact you directly as soon as possible.
Rest assured, it is still possible to place new orders through our website and if we are unable to deliver your order, we will reserve your purchases until normal service is resumed.
Please also note that couriers are no longer directly coming into contact with customers, so please fill in the order notes box in the shopping cart section with any information about where you would like us to securely leave your trees and plants.
