Boysenberries are related to the well-known blackberry species and are quite a rarity in terms of finding them in the shops. They were a hybrid between raspberries, blackberries and loganberries. They taste a lot like raspberries, perhaps with a slightly sharper taste, and like raspberries they do not keep well so they should be enjoyed after a few days. They can also be made into jams and jellies: a great way to make them last longer. This is a really unusual plant that will provide you with delicious and unique fruits.
