This is a delightful little shrub which features ovate, dark green leaves and a pretty floral display. The flowers are long-lasting and show from April to September: they are deep purple in colour and are nestled between the healthy foliage. You can plant this periwinkle for groundcover and it will soon spread outwards towards or flow over a wall or over the edges of a basket.
