This Robinia is a wonderful tree which features vibrant green pinnate leaves that turn to yellow in autumn. The leaves are soft to the touch and mature leaves turn to a darker green over summer, which makes a beautiful contrast between the fresh and the mature foliage. White flowers appear in early summer and they have a sweet scent to them. This robinia also has the added advantage of being thornless and it is perfect for planting as a specimen tree. It does grow to have a rounded crown and to be fairly tall and large so you should plant it in a position that will allow for this.
