Prunus 'Sanctus Hubertus' is one of the best croppers of all the early varieties. The large bluish-purple fruit has a good enough flavour to make it a dual purpose plum and the tree is very easy to manage. Ensure the fruits are fully ripe before eating them, when ripe they have a rich yet sweet flavour. This is a self- fertile Plum, which will also help to pollinate others in the same flowering group (e.g. 'Burbankl')
