Parthenocissus tricuspidata 'Veitchii' is an elegant climber that is best placed in sunlight to really show off its colours. The dark green leaves turn dramatic shades of red and purple in autumn and after long hot summers may bear tiny black fruits. It will need support for the first two years after which it will be totally self supporting and will provide a wonderful habitat for birds.
