Russet streaked Cox-type apple has superb, aromatic eating quality; sweet and rich. Bushy habit, produces spurs well. In appearance it is similar to a well-coloured Cox's with a yellow-green background with a good red flush and russet streaks. This variety was selected to celebrate the Royal Horticultural Society's 2004 Bicentennial celebrations. To guarantee cross pollination plant in a sunny, open site with another tree from the same flowering group (e.g. 'Royal Gala')
