The 'Rosemary Russet' apple is a wonderful variety which features a healthy crop of refreshing apples. The apples are firm and have a sharp yet sweet taste; their green skin is flushed red-brown and has the odd patch of russet. The apples need to be left in a cool, dry place to ripen and can be stored for up to 3 months. 'Rosemary Russet' is a great choice for eating fresh and is equally good for juicing as its bold flavour makes a fantastic juice.
