Malus 'Red Devil' is an excellent garden variety named after the 'Red Devil' parachute display team. The fruit has deep scarlet skin, red stained flesh when fully ripe and a delicious fruity strawberry flavour. Good disease resistance. Although this tree is self fertile, it can also be used to cross pollinate other apple trees in the same flowering group (e.g. Crispin).
