This apple tree is set to become very popular as it has very similar properties to Cox's Orange Pippin, with the same flavour and texture. But suffers none of the cultural problems. It is a heavy cropper and spurs freely. It is suitable for colder northern regions and has a good resistance to disease.
To guarantee cross pollination plant in a sunny, open site with another tree from the same flowering group (e.g. Granny Smith).
