The arching branches of the ‘Grandiflora’ hold the most beautiful display of tiny midsummer flowers that are densely packed onto large flower heads. The single creamy white flowers open up from pale pink buds and hold their creamy colour for several weeks before developing a pink blush in autumn. The rich green leaves are finely serrated and are held on the glowing red shoots. This deciduous shrub is a great choice for later flowering interest and works well when planted at the back of a border.
