Hedera are deservedly popular climbers as they offer year round interest with their attractive evergreen leaves. Most varieties have variegated leaves and these can be light or dark green in colour with splashes of cream. As well as the foliage, clusters of small yellow-green flowers appear in autumn and these are usually followed by dark berries in winter.
These versatile climbers are suitable for a range of planting uses, including groundcover and wallside or trellis training.
