A variety of laurel with the additional attraction that all the young foliage is bronzy-orange contrasting well with the glossy dark green mature leaves. Many spikes of scented white flowers in spring. More compact than Prunus laurocerasus 'Rotundifolia' and thrives in sun or shade. Very dense habit.
