Osmanthus are delightful evergreen shrubs which make attractive screens or hedges. They feature dark green leathery leaves that usually have an aromatic fragrance to them and come in a range of shapes and sizes depending on the variety. The tubular flowers are white, orange or yellow and they are later followed by dark and glossy fruits.
These hardy shrubs can tolerate either sheltered or exposed sites and can be planted in full sun or partial shade.
