Olearia are highly versatile plants that can tolerate a range of situations: they are hardy enough to make a good windbreak, they can tolerate coastal sites and they can also withstand urban pollution. Not only are Oleria hardy, they are also attractive little shrubs that hold pretty daily-like flowers in late summer. With Oleria being evergreen, they can give you interest all year round.
You can plant Olieria as attractive hedges or in a sunny bed. They require well-drained soil, but will do well in most soil types.
