Passiflora Caerulea is a popular evergreen climber that clings by its tendrils that look delicate but really are not at all. It produces incredible exotic looking flowers that are a combination of blue and white with purple fringes, that really stand out from the shiny deep green leaves. It is vigorous plant that thrives in hot summers. The fruits are edible but don't taste anywhere near as good as they look. The Passion flower is great for the cottage garden or to cover a large wall or surface giving the garden an extra touch of beauty.
This Passiflora is supplied in a 2-3 litre container growing on a 60cm cane which is suitable for planting all year round.
