This is a golden leafed variety of privet, popular as a hedging plant, which has pleasantly oval leaves with an attractive, broad, greenish gold margin. Close examination will show that the variegation varies in its detail from leaf to leaf; the colour is also limier in shade, brighter in sun. In difficult sites, its bright foliage is welcome in winter. If you contemplate planting this as a hedge decide whether you want a yellow hedge that gives a bright rim to your garden.

This shrub is supplied in a 3 litre container for year round planting.
