Juniperus communis 'Compressa' is a dwarf conifer that makes a low, slender column, plumping out a little with age, which improves its proportions. It's all very small scale and generally doesn't reach even 1m in height. It has very fine, light green needles that are evenly textured. This is an excellent subject to provide a vertical element in a trough. Juniper foliage has a resinous scent, especially if pressed in the hand. Plant in sheltered rockery or tub.
This Juniperus conifer is supplied container grown suitable for planting all year round. (Some examples of our 3 litre Conifers can be seen to the left.)
All of our conifers are grown in the UK to the highest standard. Every order comes complete with planting instructions and a guide to looking after your purchase.
