Acer rubrum is a fast growing, ultimately large, round headed tree native to North America. Eye-catching small red flowers appear in the bare branches in the spring. The dark green summer leaves turn a brilliant red-scarlet in autumn. The colours are seasonably variable but will be more predictable in neutral to acid soils. Deciduous.
This Acer tree is supplied in a 10 litre container suitable for planting all year round. The total height of this feathered tree is approximately 1.8-2.2m (6-7ft).
